The book is divided into three sections, firstly a historical analysis of Lalique's glass work from 1895 to 1945, which includes a biography of the artist; then technical analysis of this work, detailing the places of manufacture, the materials chosen, the colours, the practical techniques, the patents deposited and the signatures used, and finally the catalogue raisonne itself drawn up according to the classification adopted by Lalique himself in 1928.
