Pale orange card covers with an image in red of a crown on a cushion. Condition: Good, binding sound, staples beginning to rust slightly. This copy is signed by the author on the fep and was given to a member of his family. The author has made a few annotations in pencil. There are also two loose related newspaper clippings, both with paperclips at the top which have gone a little rusty and made a mark on the facing page. 25pp. The history of a pioneering small community public library set up with 185 books, 14 years before the Confederation of Canada in 1867.
