Ringbound card covers with titles in brown and white on blue background. Condition: Good, with general light shelfwear to covers. Front cover has a slight watersplash mark to centre. Edge of covers around the ring binding a little fragile. The white of the ringbinding slightly rubbed revealing metal below. The rear of the last page has an address and phone number in North London in ink, and another name in pencil to the left corner. No other inscriptions. 64pp. This catalogue is one of 1300 copies issued to accompany the exhibition held at the Whitechapel Art Gallery, London from August 9 to September 9, 1956. The catalogue was edited by Theo Crosby and designed by Edward Wright. Scarce. Size: 16mo - over 5" - 6" tall

The classes produced some very interesting results and added a new dimension to the lives of these men. The work they created now provides a fascinating historical record of the town and daily life of the people living there that cannot be reproduced in photographs. 8vo - over 7" - 9" tall

One of a limited edition of one thousand copies. 165pp. Fifty b/w plates of drawings by Beardsley selected by the actor and film director, Kenelm Foss which he considered to be his outstanding achievements (none of the Morte d'Arthur series is included, as he did not consider these good enough). This book was published to accompany the exhibition of work by Isaac Rosenberg and his circle held at the Ben Uri Gallery London from 2 April to 8 June 2008 which then toured to the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery, Leeds University from 16 June to 5 September 2008. It was the sixth exhibition in the Ben Uri's ongoing series on the "Whitechapel Boys" and was the first to focus on the poet-painter Isaac Rosenberg for almost twenty years. As well as works by Rosenberg, the exhibition also featured works by the painters David Bomberg, Mark Gertler, Jacob Kramer and Bernard Meninsky as well as the writers John Rodker, Joseph Leftwich and Stephen Winsten.
