Dustjacket condition: Fair, generally shelfworn with some repaired tears and a couple of small chips missing to head and tail of spine of jacket. Price-clipped. 192pp.261 b/w photographic plates. This book contains a collection of public interiors produced since 1945 selected by the architect and designer Misha Black (1910-1977). His choice is deliberately eclectic and the book is divided into a series of headings, including Interiors for Working, Interiors for Living, Interiors for Sellling and Interiors for Travel. Interiors by architects including Ralph Erskine, James Stirling, Richard J Neutra, Sir Hugh Casson and Gio Ponti are featured.

A catalyst figure, he brought together some of the most significant talents from all fields, including Charles Eames, Ivan Chermayeff, Eero Saarinen and Alexander Calder.
